The Scope Of The Planning Services To Be Awarded Is Divided Into The Following Partial Services And Stages: Pos. 1 Object Planning For Outdoor Facilities (Hoai 2021 § 39 Para. 1, Zone Iii, Lp 5 - 9) Pos. 1.1 Vaihingen Outdoor Facility, Inner-City Outdoor Facility Pos. 1.2 Vaihingen Outdoor Facility, Out-Of-Town Outdoor Facility Pos. 1.3 Roßwag Outdoor Facility Pos. 2 Success Control Pos. 2.1 Success Control Abiotic Pos. 2.2 Success Control Mzb Pos. 2.3 Success Control Fish Fauna Pos. 2.4 Success Control Macrophytes Pos. 2.5 Success Control Breeding Birds (Option) Pos. 2.6 Success Control Ground Beetles (Option) Pos. 3 Special Services: Pos 3.1 Function And Success Control (Zero Recording) Before The Start Of Planning The Following Applies To The Order: A) Conclusion Of Contract And Start Of Service In October 2026. B) Completion Of Lp5 March 2027 C) Lp6, Lp7 May 2027 D) Lp8 June 2027 - December 2028 E) Lp 9 Until The Warranty Claims Expire, Preferably December 31, 2032. These Deadlines Become Part Of The Contract In The Event Of An Order, Provided That The Client Does Not Communicate Any Changed Deadlines During The Negotiation Process (E.G. Postponement Of The Start Of The Service Without Shortening The Overall Term). Immediately After The Start Of The Service, The Commissioned Bidder Must Draw Up A Corresponding Schedule For Implementation In The Draft And Coordinate It With The Client, Who Will Identify These Deadlines As Framework Dates. Details Regarding The Processing Must Be Agreed With The Client After The Start Of The Service. The Optional Services Will Be Requested In Writing By The Client Depending On The Progress Of The Project After The Provision Of Service Phases 4 And The Provision Of Funds For Implementation. There Is No Legal Right To Commission Optional Services. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Use The Commissioning Of Optional Services Or To Limit Them To Partial Services If, For Example: B. The Overall Measure Is No Longer Continued, Individual Partial Services Are No Longer Required As The Project Progresses, The Client Is Not Satisfied With The Quality Of The Services Provided Or No Agreement Is Reached On Any Additional Services Required.
