Request for Proposal for Electronic Food Service Management System The Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (hereafter, “the HSA” or “the Authority”) is seeking qualified and experienced firms with a minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience to submit quotations for the supply, implementation, and support of an Electronic Food Service Management System. The proposed system must meet the functional and technical requirements outlined in the RFQ and be capable of supporting HSA’s food service operations, including patient meal ordering, diet management, reporting, and integration with existing clinical and operational workflows, where applicable. Vendors are invited to submit their best-value offers, including a detailed breakdown of all costs and services, such as software licensing, implementation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support.
