Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Vektornetzwerkanalysator (Vna). The Friedrich Schiller University Jena Would Like To Procure A High-Frequency Vector Network Analyzer (Vna) In Order To Be Able To Operate And Measure Electro-Optical Components Of Photonic Integrated Circuits (“Pics”) At Up To 40 Ghz. One Application Scenario Is The Characterization Of Electro-Optical Modulators, Whereby The Modulation Electrodes (Figure 1) And The Modulated Optical Transmission (Figure 2) Are To Be Measured. The Exact Specifications For All Components And Parts Are Described In Detail In The Minimum Requirements, See Appendix 2.
