Mińska 33, Mińska 35 In Warsaw In The Form Of: Preparation Of Multi-Sector Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Comprehensive Modernization Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings Located At Ul. Mińska 33, Mińska 35 In Warsaw Administered By Zgn In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. 2. The Planned Modernization Must Be Consistent With The Warsaw Green Building Standard (Wszb) And The Policy Directions Of The Capital City. Warsaw In The Field Of Sustainable Development And Energy Efficiency, As Well As Take Into Account The Principles Of Universal Design, Including The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers In Common Parts Of Buildings And Within Access Areas And Entrance Areas - To The Extent Technically, Legally And Economically Possible. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Stage I 1) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Inventory 2) Obtaining Conservation Consent 3) Preparation Of A Concept For The Reconstruction Of The Functional System Stage Ii 1) Performance Of Geotechnical Tests. 2) Preparing An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building 3) Obtaining The Necessary Technical Conditions 4) Preparing Connection Designs 5) Preparing A Thermal Performance Certificate Stage Iii 1) Preparing A Construction Design For A Building Permit 2) Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Stage Iv 1) Preparing A Multi-Discipline Detailed Design 2) Preparing Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates 3) Preparing Technical Specifications And Acceptance Of Works Stage V 1) Participation Of The Designer In The Proceedings Tender On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Select The Contractor Of The Works. 2) Carrying Out Authors Supervision With The Contractor Of Construction Works, 3) Preparing Energy Performance Certificates For Each Building After Completion Of The Works. 5.
