Ensuring A Continuous Supply Of Cng Fuel For Public Transport Buses In The Estimated Amount Of 3,497,600.00 Kg In The Period From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Agreement, Which Will Be The Result Of This Public Procurement Until 31 December 2029 Or Until The Financial Limit Specified In Point 4.3 Of The Framework Agreement, Which Forms Appendix E Of The Tender Documents Draft Binding Contractual Terms – Framework Agreement, Is Exhausted And With A Daily Consumption Of Cng Up To A Maximum Of 5,160.00 Kg. The Price Offer Must Also Include The Provision Of Natural Gas Delivery To The Applicants Collection Point And The Provision Of A Functional Filling Station (Hereinafter Referred To As Ps Cng). The Contractor Does Not Have A Gas Filling Station Or A Natural Gas Collection Point.
