Portfolio Management Services – Restricted Call For Tenders. This Market Is A Framework Agreement Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Intended To Carry Out Discretionary Management On Behalf Of Erafp Of A Multi-Asset Fund-Of-Funds Portfolio (The Market). The Three Successful Bidders Of This Contract Will All, Taken Individually, Be Holders Of A Mandate Governed By The Same Terms, Which Will Constitute The Specifications Of The Contract. However, Two (2) Of These Three (3) Mandates Will Be So-Called “Stand-By” Mandates As Defined In Article 2.3.4 Of The Consultation Regulations – Applications. The Purpose Of The Mandate Will Be The Management Of A Portfolio Which Will Be Invested In A Common Investment Fund Under French Law (The Fcp) Approved By The Amf In The Form Of A General Investment Fund (Fivg) Dedicated More Particularly To Erafp As Defined In Articles L. 214-24-24 Et Seq. Of The French Monetary And Financial Code. This Contract Is Not Allocated.
