These Services Will Need To Meet The Scope Of Work Found Within The Solicitation Event And Includes But Is Not Limited To Janitorial/Custodial Services, Building Maintenance (Interior And Exterior), Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Maintenance, Hvac Maintenance And Repair, Electrical Maintenance And Repair, Plumbing Maintenance And Repair, Pest Control Services, Life Safety Systems Repair And Maintenance, And Etc.The Primary Intent Of This Erfq Is To Identify A Single Source To Provide All Of The Necessary Goods And/Or Services.
