Company Health Services – Designation Of An External Prevention And Protection Service At Work (Sepp). 1. The Non-Profit Organization Home Assistance In Rural Areas (Admr) Is A Social Enterprise That Allows People Experiencing Difficulties, At A Given Point In Their Lives, To Live Better At Home. With More Than 70 Years Of Experience, The Admr Supports More Than 7,000 Households Each Year. It Employs 1,650 Trained And Qualified Workers, Including Family Helpers, Home Guards, Housekeepers And Multi-Skilled Workers. The Admr Actively Collaborates With The Beneficiaries Entourage, Family And Caregivers, Thus Contributing To Staying At Home By Helping People To Carry Out The Actions Of Daily Life. 2. Within The Meaning Of The Code Of Well-Being At Work, And Taking Into Account The Number Of Workers Employed Within The Meaning Of Article Ii.1-2, § 2, Of The Said Code (1,300), The Admr Falls Under Group A. The Admr Has An Internal Prevention And Protection At Work Service (Sippt), Composed Of A Level I Prevention Advisor And Six Level Ii Prevention Advisors (One In Each Regional Branch). 3. From An Organizational Point Of View, The Admr Has A General Coordination Center, Which Is Located Route De Hannut, 291 At 5021 Boninne, As Well As The Following Six “Regional” Branches: - For The Province Of Namur, The Regional Branch Of Dinant, Which Is Located Pont D’Amour, 56 At 5500 Dinant; - For The Province Of Luxembourg, The Regional Branch Of Bertrix, Which Is Located Rue Sous L’Eglise, 9 In 6880 Orgeo; - For The Province Of Liège, The Regional Branch Of Verviers, Which Is Located Place De L’Hôtel De Ville, 3 At 4650 Herve; - For The Provinces Of Namur And Walloon Brabant, The Regional Branch Of Huy, Which Is Located Avenue Du Hoyoux, 4 In 4500 Huy; - For The Province Of Hainaut, The Regional Branch Of Chimay, Which Is Located Rue De Virelles, 71 In 6460 Chimay; - For The Province Of Hainaut, The Regional Branch Of Tournai, Which Is Located Boulevard Léopold Iii, 59 At 7600 Péruwelz. 4. The Purpose Of The Contract, Which Is A Public Service Contract, Is The Designation Of An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work (Sepp) In Accordance With The Code Of Well-Being At Work, Which Will Be Responsible In Particular For Health Surveillance, The Organization Of The Right To Access Health Records, Risk Management And Psychosocial Risks At Work. The Expected Services Are Defined In More Detail In The Technical Clauses As Well As In The Inventory Appearing In Appendix B Of These Special Specifications. 5. These Special Specifications And The Approved Offer From The Successful Bidder Constitute The Contract Referred To In Article Ii.3-13 Of The Code Of Well-Being At Work. In Accordance With Article 88, Paragraph 1, Of The Royal Decree Of April 18, 2017, The Contract Is Concluded By Notifying The Successful Bidder Of The Approval Of His Offer.
