Due To The Application Of The Social Clause, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And/Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, I.E.
