1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Execution, Implementation, Maintenance And Development Of The Educational Website Of The Senate Chancellery, Hereinafter Referred To As The Website. 2. A Website Should Be Understood As An It System Consisting Of A Website (User Interface, I.E. A Set Of Interconnected Websites, Documents And Other Components) And Cms Software Used To Manage The Website. The Site Must:2.1. Be Designed, Constructed, Implemented And Maintained On The It Infrastructure Provided By The Contractor; 2.2. Be Presented Via A Web Browser At The Address Indicated By The Senate Chancellery; 2.3. Have An Integral Component - A Tour Booking Application.3. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create A Modern Educational Website, Popularizing Knowledge About The Senate Of The Republic Of Poland (It Will Replace The Ordering Partys Existing Educational Website Https://Senat.Edu.Pl/). 4. The Contractor Will Prepare A Website In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In The Functional And Graphic Design Of The Website Referred To In Point 2.6 Of The Opz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Site Design.5. The Website Will Be Designed And Built Using The Rwd Technique (Responsive Website), Which Will Ensure That The Website Elements (Its Layout And Appearance) Automatically Adapt To The Size Of The Browser Window And Device On Which The Website Pages Will Be Displayed. The Website Will Be Fully Viewable Both On Computers And Mobile Media, Such As A Tablet Or Smartphone.6. The Requirements And Assumptions Referred To In Point 4 May Be Subject To Modification And Updating, Within The Limits Specified In The Opz And In The Contract And With The Consent Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor.7. The Contractor Will Transfer The Copyright To The Designed, Constructed, Implemented And Developed Website To The Ordering Party, Which Will Authorize The Ordering Party To Use All Intellectual Property Goods Made Or Delivered As Part Of The Order. 8. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1, The Contractor Will Ensure: 8.1. Website Design; 8.2. Website Creation And Implementation; 8.3. Website Maintenance; 8.4. Website Development.9. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Stages, According To The Order Implementation Schedule, Hereinafter Referred To As The Schedule, Subject To The Website Development Service (Point 8.4), Which Will Be Performed On The Basis Of An Order Placed Additionally By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of Stage Iii Of The Order.10. The Order Execution Schedule Is Provided In Point 1.9.1 Of Opz.11. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz An
