The scope of services consists of the removal of sludge cake from the City of Greenfield�???�??�?�¢??s Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) located at 384R Deerfield Street, Greenfield, MA and transporting it to a legal disposal facility. The five (5) year average (1/2020-12/2024) wet tons of sludge is 9,413 wet tons per year. This contract is for a sixteen (16) month period, starting March 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.
