Work On Track 9235 This Tender Includes The Renewal Of Rails, Track Sleepers And Bedding In Ballast Track. 859 Pieces Of Wooden Sleepers Form I With Superstructure Type Hf And Partly K-Bau (Sleeper Spacing 0.55 M) And 960 M Of Rail 54 E 3 Or 49 E1 Are To Be Removed And Replaced By 725 Pieces Of Brand-New Concrete Sleepers B70, With Design W, (Sleeper Spacing 0.65 M) K-54 With Nominal Track Width 1435 Mm And 960 M Of Brand-New Ones To Replace Rail 54 E 3. All Dismantled Materials Must Be Disposed Of Properly. The Resulting Butt Joints Must Be Welded. A Voltage Equalization Must Be Carried Out In The Renewal Section. Old Bedding And Soil Gravel Mixtures Must Be Removed, Disposed Of In Accordance With Ebv And Replaced With New Hard Limestone Gravel And Mineral Mixture For Shunting Paths. If It Is Determined That The Ballast Subgrade Does Not Have Sufficient Load-Bearing Capacity, A Subgrade Protective Layer (Pss) Must Be Installed On The Clients Instructions. Stabilization Of The Target Position And The Load Tamping Cycle After 4 - 6 Weeks Must Be Carried Out Using A Tamping Machine. The Use Of An Attached Tamping Device Or Similar Is Only Permitted For The Lifting And Compaction Process To Restore Operational Safety When Construction Progresses In Sections Between The Closures.
