Hiring Of Accommodation Services, In An Establishment Equipped With Suitably Structured Rooms And Compatible Facilities, Designed To Serve The Municipalities Associated With Cisalp, Including The Accommodation Of Patients, Companions And Drivers Referred For Specialized Health Treatment, Within The Scope Of Treatment Out Of Home (Tfd), In The Municipality Of Barretos/Sp.The Services Accommodation Must Meet The Following Minimum Characteristics And Services Offered:1. Mandatory Services And Facilities:-Supply Of Water, Electricity, Internet Access And Other Essential Utilities;-Provision Of Cleaning Services, Including Daily Sanitization Of Common Areas And Periodic Rooms;-Execution Of Repairs And Maintenance Necessary For The Full Functioning Of The Space;-Supply Of Bed Linen.2. Conditions Of Userooms Must Be For The Exclusive Use Of Cisalp. The Dining Room, Kitchen, Leisure Areas And Other Environments That Prove To Be Appropriate And Necessary May Be Used In A Shared Manner, And That Patients Have The Freedom To Use The Kitchen Space To Prepare Their Own Meals, As Long As They Do Not Compromise The Purpose Of The Contract.3. Minimum Required Structureavailability Of, At A Minimum:-08 (Eight) Double Rooms With Bathrooms, With Total Accommodation Capacity For At Least 16 (Sixteen) People Preferably In Single Beds;-All Rooms Must Have A Ceiling Fan And/Or Air-Conditioning...
