The Assignment Ends With The Sustainable Disposal Of All Surplus Resources And The Delivery Of The Locations To Be Disposed Of Empty Or Broom-Clean In Accordance With Specifications. - Project Management And Advice: Drawing Up A Detailed Script, Risk Analysis, Weekly Consultation With The Project Group And Strategic Advice On The Logistics Phasing. - Relocation Coordination: Operational Management On The Floor (Both At Source And Target Locations), Point Of Contact For Employees And Coordination With Other Facility Disciplines. - Physical Relocation Movements: Office Relocation: Approximately 1200 Workstations, Including Furniture And Personal Belongings, Spread Over Multiple Locations Ict Relocation: Disconnection, Transport And (Basic) Connection Of Hardware (Including Docking Stations, Screens, Peripherals). Library: Relocation Of Approximately 1,100 Linear Meters Of Information Carriers While Maintaining Order And Secure Transport For Confidential Documents. - Empty And/Or Broom-Clean Delivery Of Abandoned Buildings: The Broom-Clean Delivery Of The Source Locations, Including The Sustainable Disposal Or Recycling Of Excess Residual Material. All Relocations From The Source Locations (Partners Within The Dordthuis: De Hellingen, Noordendijk, Stadskantoor, Vvv/Dordrecht Marketing, Sliedrecht And The Library) To The Respective Target Locations (Dordthuis, Achterom And The Location For The Facilities And Real Estate Department) Are Considered As One Integral Project And Are Fully Part Of This Tender.
