The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Works For The Single-Track Railway Line No. 236 On The Wągrowiec-Rogoźno Wlkp. Section From Km 77.913 To Km 95.460. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: 1) Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Above-Mentioned. Point 1, And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Agreement And Perform All Activities Required By Law; The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of The Following Works: - Comprehensive Replacement Of The Track Surface, - Comprehensive Replacement Of Railway Turnouts, - Renovation Of The Surface At Railway And Road Crossings, - Profiling Of Track Benches, - Works Related To The Railway Traffic Control Industry, - Drainage, - Cutting Down Trees And Bushes With The Installation Of New Fire Protection Strips. The Ordering Party Points Out That The Entire Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Swz, Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Regulations, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
