Engineering Work The Sewage Association Operates The Sewage Treatment Plant In Wetzlar Steindorf With A Capacity Of 80,000 Population Equivalents (Pe). The Company Building Currently In Use, Which Was Built In The 1970S, Is In Serious Need Of Renovation And No Longer Meets The Requirements For Functionality, Energy Efficiency And Working Environment. Therefore, Comprehensive New Construction Planning Is Required To Create A Modern Operational Building That Meets The Current And Future Requirements Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Sewer Plant, Which Is Housed In A Separate Building, Is Also Located On The Wastewater Treatment Plant Site. The Sewer Plant Should Also Be Included In The Investigation In Order To Examine A Possible Solution For Modernizing And Optimizing Both Buildings Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant And The Sewer Plant As Part Of The New Construction Planning.
