The City Of Hämeenlinna And Linnan Kehitys Oy Are Currently Preparing The Establishment Of A Business Loan Fund Called The Catalyst Fund. The Fund Will Become One Of The Citys Business Services Instruments, The Purpose Of Which Is To Promote The Sustainable Growth Of Hämeenlinna And Hämeenlinna Companies And To Attract Companies To Take Root And Locate In Hämeenlinna. The Catalyst Fund Combines Public And Private Funding Into Impact Loans Granted To Growth-Oriented Companies. A Pilot Has Been Implemented In 2025, On The Basis Of Which The Actual Fund Is To Be Established In 2026. With This Call For Tenders, The Management Of The Catalyst Fund Is Put Out To Tender. The Management Of The Fund Must Be Organized In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Financial Supervisory Authority. The Competitive Service Package Includes The Following Tasks:- Finding, Selecting And Analyzing Targets Suitable For The Investment Policy.- Managing Practical Measures Related To Making The Investment, Such As Conducting Loan Negotiations, Drafting Contracts, Implementing Capital Calls.- Drafting, Management And Compliance With The Funds Partnership Agreements And Investment Agreements.- Fund Asset Management And Accounting.- Implementation Of Loan Decisions, Capital Calls And Drawing Up Contracts.- Portfolio Management Including Management Of Repayments And Collection.- Monitoring Of Risk Levels And Investments.- Marketing Of The Fund To Potential Investors And Applicants For Funding.- Reporting To The Steering Group, Investors And Authorities.- Annual Financial Statements And Impact Reporting.- Managing Exit Procedures. Tasks Such As Accounting, Payment Transactions, Budgeting, Financial Statements, Tax Returns And Other Notifications To The Authorities. In Addition, The Role Of The Responsible Partner Includes The Development Of Target Companies And Assistance In Achieving Effectiveness Goals In The Manner Specified In The Offer - However, Also Taking Into Account The Customers Role As A Producer Of Business Services.
