The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Delivery Made Through The Purchase Of A Net Quantity Of Electricity And The Performance Of The Functions Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, According To The Provisions Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee). The Public Procurement Includes The Following 2 (Two) Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 - Supply Of Medium And Low Voltage Electrical Energy And Performance Of The Functions Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Objects With Hourly Means Of Commercial Measurement In The City Of Sofia, The City Of Bansko And The City Of Velingrad. The Objects Included In Separate Item No. 1 Have Hourly Means Of Commercial Measurement With A Registered Commodity Schedule In The Energy System Operator Ead And Are Registered On The Market At Freely Negotiated Prices. For The Same, The Contracting Authority Concludes A Contract For The Sale Of Electrical Energy Under Art. 11, Item 4 Of Ptee With The Participant Selected As An Executor. Separate Position No. 2 Supply Of Low-Voltage Electrical Energy And Performance Of The Functions Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Objects With A Standardized Commodity Profile, Managed By The National Assembly - Mandated Housing. The Objects Included In Separate Item No. 2 Are Household, With A Standardized Commodity Profile And Are Registered On The Market At Freely Negotiated Prices. For The Same, The Contracting Authority Concludes A Contract For Combined Services Under Art. 11, Item 10 Of Ptee With The Participant Selected As An Executor.
