Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – Maintenance Contract For The Multi-Technical Installations In The Namur Station, Car Parks And Service Building, Léannestraat, For An Initial Duration Of Two Years, Extendable Twice For A Period Of One Year.. 1) Scope (Indicative) This Assignment Includes The Maintenance And Repair Of The Following Technical Installations: - Hvac And Sprinklers: O (5 Boilers, 3 Chillers, Air Handling Units, Reversible Heat Pumps, Siemens Control, Gas Detection Stations, Water Pumps, Accessories For The Hydraulic Network, Terminal Units, 3 Sprinkler Stations, Oil Separator); O Misting On The Freight Platform O Ventilation – Boosters On Platforms O Ventilation – Air Extractors From The Tec - 78 Smoke Screens On The Platforms - Lighting Of The Entire Station And The Service Building On Rue Léanne: O Parking Lots, Platforms, The Station Itself, Offices O Emergency Lighting - The Electricity Network From The Distribution Boxes; - Fans For Parking Lot P1 - The Static No-Break For Occ - Emptying The Wells For Rainwater And Wastewater Pumps; - The Regular Cleaning (3X/Year) Of The Technical Rooms (Dust On The Equipment And Brushing The Floor). This Assignment Does Not Include The Maintenance And Repair Of The Following Technical Installations: Are Excluded: - Lifting Equipment (Hydraulic Lifts, Freight Lifts, Moving Walks, Escalators); - Pipes For The Supply Of Tap Water, Sanitary Network And Waste Water Discharge Pipes; - Train Announcements (Public Address System), Plasma Screens, Large Screen In The Entrance Hall; - Ictra Techniques (Access Control, Burglary Protection, Fire Detection, Data Network, Wifi Network); - The High-Voltage Post; - The Tgbt Switch Box; - The Concessions. 2) Type Of Maintenance The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Installations And For Carrying Out Specific Maintenance (Legally Required Annual Certificates). The Conditions For Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Are Described In The Technical Provisions Of The Special Specifications. A 24/7 Helpdesk Call Center Is Mandatory And Must Be Set Up By The Service Provider At The Start Of The Contract. Faults Requiring Urgent Intervention (Switched Off Feed Pumps And Heating Problems) Must Be Resolved On Site Within 2 Hours. 3) Duration Initial Duration Of Two Years, Extendable Twice By One Year.
