This Includes - A Floor Block Warehouse (Approx. 2300M2), - Two Identical (But Mirrored) Pallet Rack Warehouses (2X 3,000M2) - A Regulations Warehouse (3,000M2) Divided Into 2 Areas With Incoming And Outgoing Goods And The Main Storage Area, - An Office And Social Building That Is Attached To The Regulations Warehouse. The Material Warehouse Is Located Outside The City Of Rheine At Kleinbahnstrasse 35 And Is Only Accessible Via The Guard Building In The Access Area. On The Property There Are Built-Up Areas With Buildings And Paved Areas With Roads, Paths, Storage And Parking Areas For Vehicles. It Is Interspersed With Green Spaces Such As Lawns And Wooded Areas.
