The Dialogue Should Give The Client A Good And Accurate Basis For Preparing The Tender Basis, And At The Same Time Put The Suppliers In A Better Position To Understand Our Needs And Our Framework. In The Meeting Between The Client And The Market, New And Innovative Solutions Can Also Be Developed That Do Not Exist Today, And Which Would Not Have Been Realized Without Such A Dialogue. The Dialogue Process Consists Of A Dialogue Conference And, For Those Who Wish, One-To-One Conversations. After The Dialogue Conference, The Client Will Send Out Some Questions As A Basis For The One-To-One Meetings. Information That The Suppliers Share In These Meetings Is Treated Confidentially. Only The Clients Answers To Any Questions That The Suppliers Ask In The Meetings Will Be Shared Afterwards, In Line With The Principle Of Equal Treatment. It Is Not A Requirement That The Suppliers Participate In The Dialogue Activities In Order To Participate In The Competition.
