Provide Technical And Professional Advice On The Integration Of Sea In Spatial Planning, Energy System Planning And The Development Of Renewable Energy. Support The Norwegian Environment Agency In Identifying Key Institutional Needs, Thematic Priorities And Possible Areas Of Collaboration That Are Realistic And Relevant To The Programme. Contribute To The Preparation Of Short Advisory Notes As Well As Professional Input To The Concept Development For The Sea Component. Assist In The Preparation And Follow-Up Of Dialogue Processes And Consultations With Key Stakeholders. The Final Scope Of The Assignment Is Clarified In A Start-Up Meeting Between The Norwegian Environment Agency And The Consultant.
