Bids Are Invited For Work For Erection Of 01 No 132 Kv Enfinity Global Energy Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Bay (2*Main+1*Trasfer Bus Scheme) On Deposit Head At 220 Kv S/S Jaitpur Under Etd Hamirpur; 1 Erection of Main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of isolators, C.Ts. P.Ts. L.As. and all other equipments. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. a 132KV side (Main & Auxilary structure) b Shifting of all material equipment from store to site to work site like breaker,CT,Isolatoretc. by hydra/conventional means 2 Erection of following equipments 01 no.132kV Bay of M/s Garda Solar Bay at 220kV Substation Charkhari i 145 KV Circuit Breaker ii 145 KV Potential Transformer iii 145 KV Current Transformer iv 145 KV Post Insulator v 145 KV Line Isolator (Motorised) without polycone vi 145 KV Bus Isolator (Motorised) without polycone vii 145 KV Tendem Isolator (Motorised) without polycone viii 120 KV L.A. ix CT Junction Box x PT Junction Box xi 132 KV Simplex feeder C&R Panel (SAS Based) xii Meter Cubical with 02 No. ABT Meter 3 Jumpering ,interconnection of equipment with specified conducter of various 132kV equipments with main and transfer bus bar.The work includes cutting and bending of conducter in proper shape clamping with the help of the clamps and shifting of material from store room to erection site to work site and all other associated to complete the work at 132kV line bay 4 Cutting,strengthening,bending,laying 600mm.below in side ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure and its material etc. Including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed /excavation of trenches its back filling painting and all other associated work. Excluding cost of MS Flat i 75X10mm ii 50X6mm iii 25X6mm 6 Preparation of interconnection diagram of various connection between CB, CT, PT & CRP etc. 7 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments / marshalling boxes and JB etc. In switchyard as per cable schedule. i 2C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. ii 4C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. iii 6C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. iv 10x2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 8 Termination of various sizes of above laid control cable as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box where ever required supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply & providing ferrules & Nos for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of dowell/tension make and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory. 9 Making earthing of LA including work of digging of soil upto 1 Mtr depth or as per reqirements removel of stone and brick work if required. Making 06 no holes in soil across structure of 132kv side LA. Fabrication minimum 3 mtr long electrodes from 40mm dia MS round having one side conical shape. Placing of electordes and laying of 75x10 mm MS flat as per drawing or site condition including work of shifting of material cutting, bending, drilling and welding at joints of 75x10mm MS flat and 40mm round etc. Connecting the newly made delta by X - Y MS round of existing earthmate as per drawing with the help of 75x10 mm MS flate. Back filling of soil etc. Making connection of LA/surge counter by riser from 75*10 ms Flate as per standard approved drawing . 10 Cutting, Fabrication and fixing of angle iron by welding including cost of electrodes, labour, T&P. Details of every job includes- (a) Taking out scrap angle heap of scrap, cutting the cleats of 50x50x6mm angle iron & shifting back the scrap (b) Fixing of cleats of angle iron by welding including cost of electrodes, labor, T&P. 11.1 Fabrication of 3M long Electrode with 40MM dia M.S. rod having 150mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in side the ground with top 600mm.below ground level and its welding with earthmat, excluding the cost of M.S. bar. 11.2 Boring with 150 mm Dia casing pipe to a depth of 27.00 meter long from ground level with skilled and unskilled labour including all T&P, boring apparatus and supervision charges etc. required for proper completion of work. By Inserting 40x6 mm GI Flat in 50 mm Dia B-class (Jindal) ISI mark 6.0 meter long 3 pipe placed horizontally on ground and bolting the G.I flat with 150 mm long 75x6 mm copper plate conical piece on and then bolting the G.I flat with G.I pipe in such a way that flat remains in contact with the pipe, Lowering of 6.0 meter long with G.I pipe with conical copper plate connected and at bottom along with G.I flat inside the pipe in boring of 150 mm G.I pipe pieces by G.I sockets along with 40x6 mm G.I flat from the upper end of pipe by making a cut of 45 mm wide up to a depth of 50 mm in upper portion of G.I pipe and providing 01 no. cap type G.I socket on upper treaded portion of pipe for water pouring in the pipe at regular intervals filling the space. 11.3 Excavation of pit of size 2.00x2.00x4.5 driven of M.S electrodes of 40/36/32 mm dia 3.0 mtr long in the earth at four corners of the pit at equal distance of 2.0 mtr long, keeping the top of electrode 50 cm above the pit ground level, welding of 40 mm M.S round pieces of 03 mtr long on all four sides of electrodes and 15 cm below of top of electrodes by 08 nos U type clamp of 50x6 mm G.I flat on opposite side of square welding of 40x6 mm G.I flat on opposite M.S electrode driven in ground and connecting the 40x6 mm G.I flat. MS Flat will be provided by department free of cost as per actual consumption. 11.4 Interconnecting work of connecting bore earth point with near by Main structure of 132 KV Gaintry of 132 KV ENFINITY GLOBAL ENERGY INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. bay equipments with MS Flat of size 50x6 mm. This work includes laying, cutting, bending, welding and painting of MS Flat with one coat of Red oxide primer and two coats of Green colour of standard make like Nerolac, Berger, Asian etc. 12.1 Supply and fixing of Junction Box on lighting polls of size 200x200x150mm of MS seat SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint box should be fixing and Backlite terminal strip of 4 Nos terminal both should be fixing on Sunmica seat and half round MS clamp with GI pipe for fixing the Junction box on the structure 12.2 Supply and fixing of 16 Amp. MCB make Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting on structure including cost of all material, labour and T&P for completion of work. 12.3 Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5mm sq.mm PVC cable 50 cm below the ground level in PVC conduit pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour PVC pipe etc. 13 Laying the 01 Nos. 4x2.5 Sq. mm control cable for CT & PT with provision of vermin proofing in galv. MS pipe in individual 'B' Class pipe of Jindal/TATA/JSW/SAIL, 1" dia with jointing with Tee, Elbow, bend, Socket etc. Including cost of material of pipe and other accessories. Separate pipe will be made in trench for each control cable. Control cable will be provided by the department as per actual consumption. 14.1 Supply of AC Power Receptacle with rating 3 phase 415 volt 400 Amp cubical shall be of size 1550x800x500mm with MS sheet thickness not less than 14 SWG duly power coated of good quality. The receptacle shall be provided with manually operated 1 no. 400 MCCB L&T make, 03 nos. aluminium insulated bus bar of size 25x10mm for 3 phase and 1 no. for neutral having size 25x5mm 3 no. kit kat fuses, 3 no. R/Y/B indicators for all phases L&T make. The cubical fitted with two no. 3 phase four pole TPN MCB 63 Amp and 12 nos. 3 phase four pole TPN MCB 15 Amp suitable for giving supply to 33 KV Breakers, Isolators, Lighting fixtures etc. The cubical shall have the provision of visual indication of incoming supply & indoor light fitting 09 Watt LED with the power cubical shall be weather proof. 14.2 Fixing of 03 Phase AC Power Recaeptacle of size 1550x800x500mm by fabricating proper frame to hold it and grouting the same with help of fasteners on block of concrete having 30 cm above ground level with mixture of 1:2:4 at the location decided by the supervising engineer.The box should consists of cable gland duly fitted in gland plate fixed on the bottom of cubical box with proper locking arrangement. work includes carriage of power receptacle to the location, inclusive of cost of labour and T&P required to complete the job satisfactorily. 14.3 Laying of 3.5Cx95/75/50 sq.mm LT Power cable 60 cm below the ground level after excavation and put the 1st class bricks and river sand along side of cable and back filling with proper termination on cables at both end complete with Lugs, Glands etc. of proper size. (Work includes cost of Labour and T&P required to complete the job under the guidance of Junior engineer incharge, required power cable will be provided by the department.) 14.4 Earthing of panel with the help of MS Flat of size 50x6 mm and connecting it with earth mat including digging and back filling and ramming as per UPPTCL practice. MS Flat will be provided by department free of cost as per actual consumption. 15 Providing & fixing work of Name Plate made of 2mm thick aluminium sheets with covering of 3HP retroreflective sheeting of size 300x150 mm plate to be fixed with the help of nuts & bolts of already installed equipment , structures as per sample, provided by department free of cost. 16 Providing & fixing of Phase Plate equipment (R,Y,B) phase made of 2mm thick aluminium sheets with covering of 3HP retroreflective sheeting of size 5" dia plate to be fixed with the help of nuts & bolts of already installed equipment , structures as per sample, provided by department free of cost. 17 Calibration of metering system (03Ct+03PT+02 Energymeter) of 132 kV M/s ENFINITY GLOBAL ENERGY INNOVATIONS PVT.
