Local Time. A Pre-Bid Conference Will Be Held At 10:00 A.M.Thursday, February 12, 2026 In The Waycross-Ware County Airport Terminal. Site Visit Will Follow The Pre-Bid Meeting.The Project Consists Of The Rehabilitation Of The Existing Asphalt Runway Pavement And Existing Taxiway Connector Pavement. The Existing Paved Runway Shoulders Shall Be Rehabilitated Via Pavement Rejuvenation; This Work Shall Be Included As An Additive Alternate In The Bid.A Complete Set Of Bid Documents, Consisting Of This Notice To Bidders, The General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, Bid Forms, Agreement Forms And Contract Drawings, Will Be Available On Wednesday, February 4, 2026 And May Be Obtained From Passero Associates At Www.Passero.Com Under The ¿Bid¿ Tab.Each Bid Shall Be Enclosed In A Sealed Envelope, Marked And Addressed As Required Below; And Shall Be Accompanied By The Bid Security And Other Required Documents.
