The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, 3 M Wide, 1.56 Km Long, Section From The Exit To Municipal Road No. 030809C (Ul. Wybudowanie), Plot No. - 398, 401/26, 402/2, 409/1, 409/2, 415 Świekatowo Precinct, 161 Tuszyny Precinct. The Area Through Which The Investment Area Is A Road Strip Of Municipal Road No. 030808C, Single-Family Buildings, Construction Plots, Farms And Arable Fields. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Site For Construction (Site Marking); 2) Demolition Of Road Elements; 3) Cutting Down Of Interfering Trees And Shrubs, Removal Of Stumps Left By The Cut Down Trees And Shrubs Together With Backfilling Of The Pits With Sand And A Reinforcing Layer Of Cement-Stabilized Soil And Reconstruction Of Existing Surface Structures; The Wood From The Felling Remains At The Disposal Of The Świekatowo Commune; Trees After Felling Should Be Delimbed And Cut Into 1-Meter Pieces, Branches Below 5 Cm Should Be Ground Into Chips With A Chipper, Those Over 5 Cm In Diameter Should Be Left And Stored In A Place Agreed With The Ordering Party; 4) Removing The Layer Of Fertile Soil (Topsoil), Performing Earthworks; 5) Making A Trough For The Structures Of Individual Surfaces; 6) Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil; 7) Setting Curbs And Edges Concrete; 8) Construction Of An Improved Subgrade Layer Of Cement-Stabilized Soil; 9) Construction Of A Foundation Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate; 10) Construction Of The Surface Of: A) Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths Made Of Asphalt Concrete, B) Exits Made Of Asphalt Concrete; 11) Construction Of Both-Sided Roadsides Made Of Native Soil; 12) Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Traffic Safety Elements (Installation Of Balustrades Protection);13) Regulation Of Existing Wells, Protection Of Existing Underground Cables With Protective Pipes;14) Construction Of Green Areas Along With Profiling, Topsoiling And Sowing With Grass;15) Execution Of Finishing Works, Including Planting New Trees (The Area For Planting Replacement Trees Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Selected Contractor;16) As-Built Inventory. The Ordering Party Informs That The Land Has Been Taken Over By The Ordering Party And The Compensation Procedure Related To The Issued With The Road Investment Permit (Zrid). A Detailed Description And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Construction Design, Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Project Arrangements, Zrid Arrangements, Geotechnical Opinion, Bill Of Quantities) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Which Constitute Annexes To This Swz.
