The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Reconstruction And Development Of The Historic Waste Incineration Building In Bytom At Ul. Zabrzańska/Łagiewnicka Together With The Development Of The Adjacent Area For Social, Educational And Environmental Purposes. 2. The Order Includes: 2.1. Carrying Out All Pre- And Related Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment 2.2. Preparing And Agreeing On A Construction Design And Obtaining A Building Permit Along With All Necessary Arrangements (Including Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Sanitary Inspection Arrangements, And All Others), 2.3. Preparation Of Detailed Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, 2.4. Comprehensive Execution Of Preparatory, Preliminary, Demolition, Construction And Installation Works, Land Development, And Land Utilities Networks Based On Developed Designs. 2.5. Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility Along With All Necessary Permits, Arrangements And Approvals. 3.
