The Facilities Planned For Implementation Will Be Located On Geodetic Plots With Registration Numbers 1095/36, 1095/12, 1095/7, Registration Area 241602_1.0007 Marciszów, Zawiercie Commune, Province. Silesia, On The Premises At Ul. Podmiejska 53, In The Area Managed By Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Zawiercie. Quarter 1B Will Be Located On The Eastern Side Of The Currently Operated Kobylarz Ii Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste Facility. The Area Intended For The Plot 1B In Question Is Currently Undeveloped. Basic Data Regarding The Subject Of The Order:• Area Of The Plot (Within The Outline Of The Internal Slopes): 1.35 Ha• Area Of The Facility With The Embankment: 1.57 Ha• Slope Of The Internal Slopes Of The Embankment Of The Quarter: 1:3• Slope Of The External Slopes Of The Embankment Of The Quarter: 1:2 The Lowest Elevation Of The Plot Is Designed For Level 336.00 M Above Sea Level (Bottom Excavation 335.00 M Above Sea Level). The Maximum Elevation Of Waste Storage Is 359 M Above Sea Level. The Investment Being The Subject Of The Order Envisages The Construction Of The Following Facilities: • Section 1B For Storing Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste, Together With The Necessary Infrastructure (Leachate Drainage, Passive Degassing Wells), • Reinforced Concrete Tank For Leachate With A Chamber For Water For Fire Protection, • Roads, Squares And Internal Access Roads, • External Water Supply System, • External Rainwater Drainage System, • External Sewage System, • External Power Installations, • Fencing. The Above-Mentioned Objects Are Classified Into The Following Categories Of Building Structures: • Section 1B - Xxii, • Other Structures - Viii.
