1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works On The Investment Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Komańcza Commune Office Building (Address: Komańcza 166, 38-543 Komańcza). 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: 1) Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building; 2) Modernization Of Woodwork Consisting In Replacing Windows And External Doors With New Energy-Saving Ones; 3) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation, Including: A) Installation Of A Biomass Boiler With A Power Of Min. 100 Kw Operating In A Weather Automation System; B) Installation Of A Thermal Buffer Tank With A Capacity Of Min. 1,000 L; C) Adaptation Of Existing Rooms Into A Boiler Room And Pellet Storage Room, Including Construction And Electrical Works Related To The Boiler Installation; 4) Construction Of A Hot Utility Water (Dhw) Installation - The Works Will Include Full Replacement Of Hot Utility Water Installation Pipes With New Ones With An Anti-Diffusion Layer And Installation Of: A) Domestic Hot Water Tank. With A Capacity Of Min. 500 L, B) Thermal Buffer With A Capacity Of Min. 1000 L;5) Attic Insulation To Improve Thermal Insulation Of The Upper Parts Of The Building; 6) Construction Of An Elevator For People With Disabilities, Including Necessary Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Elevator Shaft, As Well As Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Brand New, Complete Passenger Elevator. This Scope Also Includes The Costs Of Accepting And Registering The Device, Admitting The Lift To Operation By The Office Of Technical Inspection And Obtaining An Operating Permit, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Decision On The Building Permit No. 210/25 Of June 10, 2025. The Elevator Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Devices Required By The Regulations Specifying Their Operation, Together With The Attached Documents And Operational Documentation Needed To Obtain A Decision On Admitting The Lift To Operation. Use By The Office Of Technical Inspection. A Detailed Description Of The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Passenger Lift Is Specified In The Technical Design Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Technical Inspections And Maintenance During The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of October 30, 2018 On The Technical Conditions For Technical Supervision In The Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Close Transport Equipment, Taking Into Account The Manufacturers Instructions And Actual Operating Conditions.7) Replacement Of Internal Joinery; 8) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Min. 20 Kw.
