All Work Is To Be Performed By The Exterior As Internal Access Is Available To Personnel Only. The Elevators Will Not Be Available To Move Materials. The Contractor Is Expected To Provide A Crane And/Or Hoist For Moving All Materials As The Installation Of Scaffolding Will Not Be Available.Exclusion Of United States Based Supplierssuppliers Based In The United States Are Excluded From Responding To This Itt. Bc Housing Reserves The Right, At Its Discretion, To Allow United States Based Suppliers To Respond, In The Event No Reasonable Alternatives Are Available.The Successful Bidder Must Cascade This Requirement To Subcontractors And Suppliers Engaged In The Performance Of The Resulting Contract.
