The City Of Itzehoe Intends To Redesign The Outdoor Areas And Associated Empty Factory Buildings Of The Former Alsen Cement Factory Into A Multifunctional Area With Usable Covered Outdoor Space And Requires, Among Other Things, Planning Services To Be Provided By An Architectural Office. (The Outdoor Facility Planning Service In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai Is Awarded Separately.) This Tender Concerns The Planning Service For The Property Planning Service In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai For The Vacant Factory Buildings. The Buildings Must Be Upgraded So That They Can Be Used As Covered Outdoor Spaces (Cold Halls). An Extensive Feasibility Study With A Usage Concept Is Available. There Will Be A Gradual Allocation. Services Of The Property Planning Service In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai As Well As Special Services Must Be Provided.
