Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of A Planning Tool Sap-Pm For Workshop Maintenance Of Railway Equipment. All Tasks Performed By The Technicians At O.T.M. Schaarbeek (On Track Machines) Must Be Implemented And Are Managed In Sap (Erp Software). A Work Order Is Created For Each Activity/Work To Be Performed Via The Sap Plant Maintenance Module. For Each Task It Can Also Be Indicated Which Materials, (External) Services And Which Tools May Be Required To Carry Out The Work. In Order To Be Able To Plan These Work Orders In An Easy, Intuitive And User-Friendly Way, In Both The Medium Term And The Short Term (Assigning A Person), There Is A Need For A Planning Tool That Allows These Work Orders To Be Planned In Sap. Delivery Of The Planning Tool Which Must Offer The Following Aspects To The Users (Planners): 1. Gate-Keeping Functionality Of All Notifications/Orders 2. Planning Functionality Of All Notifications/Orders 3. Scheduling Functionality Of All Notifications/Orders 4. Dashboard Functionality That Is Interactive With The 3 Above Functionalities A Fully Integrated Solution With Sap-Pm Ecc And Fully Compatible With Sap S4hana Option 1 - Mobile Application All Work Orders Are Assigned To An Executor (Technician). The Executor Receives The Assigned Work Orders Via A Mobile Application On An Individual Tablet. The Assigned Work Orders Are Handled Via This Mobile Application. A Fully Integrated Solution With Sap-Pm Ecc And Fully Compatible With Sap S4hana Option 2- Checklist Management The Management Of The Checklists For All Otm Is Included In The Application. Maintenance Orders Are Completed In The Form Of Checklists Added To The Work Orders. The Checklists Can Be Completed From The Relevant Work Order. The Checklists Are Integrated Into The Mobile Application. A Fully Integrated Solution With Sap-Pm Ecc And Fully Compatible With Sap S4hana.
