e64 Machine And Process 3 - Transfer Plant (Konghaugen Treatment Plant) - Qualification Phase . Descriptionthrough The Project Blå - Fjords For The Future, Ålesund Municipality And Sula Municipality Are Collaborating To Build A New Sewage Treatment Plant At Kongshaugen (Kvasnes) In Sula Municipality. The Objectives Of The Project Are As Follows: Cleaner Fjord System Legal System For Waste Water Sustainable Solution For The Future The New Sewage Treatment Plant Will Be Built In The Mountains And Have Sufficient Treatment Capacity To Handle Waste Water That Will Be Supplied From Sula Municipality And Ålesund Municipality. The Plant Is Designed For 69,000 Person Equivalents, And Will Be Designed As A Secondary Treatment Plant. The New Treatment Plant Will Replace Seven Existing Treatment Plants And Some Sludge Separators. The Waste Water Must Therefore Be Pumped From The Existing Treatment Plant To Kongshaugen Via An Extensive Transfer System. The Transmission Facility Is Approx. 34 Km Of Drainage Lines And Will Contain 25 Objects, Including Approx. 28 Km Of Sea Lines, 6 Km Of Overland Lines, 3 Valve Houses/Sumps And 9 Pumping Stations. The Contract Work For The Construction Of The Transmission Facility Will Be Organized As 9 Parallel Execution Contracts. The Client Will Now Enter Into A Contract With One Contractor For The Delivery Of Machine And Process 3 To The Transfer Plant (Contract E64), As Part Of The Transfer Plant To The Kongshaugen Sewage Treatment Plant. The Client Will Enter Into A Contract Based On The Contract Standard Ns 8405:2008 Norwegian Construction And Construction Contract For The Execution. The Contract Includes, Among Other Things, Delivery And Assembly/Installation Of The Following Equipment: Process Pipes Pumps Valves Measuring Equipment The Company Includes Delivery Of 4 Pcs. Sewage Pumping Stations: Pa010 Langevåg, New Site-Built Station With A Capacity Of 40 L/S. Pa060 Hamnevika, A New Site-Built Station With A Capacity Of 45 - 80 L/S, Designed To Run Together With The Existing Station Pa605. Pa070 Sunde, A New Site-Built Station With A Capacity Of 35 L/S. Pa620 Flisnes, Which Is An Existing Station Where Pumps, Etc. Must Be Replaced For Pumping To Pa060. All Stations Must Be Equipped With 2 Pcs. Pumps Installed Dry On The Floor Above The Sump And Vacuum System. All Stations Apart From Pa620 Must Have Special Pipework In Steel For Air Separation And Regular Plugging. Building Technical Works, Plumbing, Electrical, Foundation Work And External Va Including Pump Sump Are Included In Another Contract (E24).
