Data Services - Dc3 Data Center Rental. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Rental Of A Data Center For The Client, I.E. The Provision Of Housing Services, Consisting Mainly Of The Location And Permanent Operation Of The Clients Servers, Disk Arrays, Backup Units, San Switches, Lan Switches, Etc. In The Suppliers/Clients Own Racks Incl. Pdu (Power Distribution Unit) In The Hall(S) In The Suppliers Data Center Meeting The Requirements Of Tier Iii., Including Provision Of Specific Parameters Of These Services By The Supplier, Provision Of Related Technical Support And Provision Of Network Connectivity Services Of Optical Data Lines To Existing Data Centers Of The Contracting Authority Incl. Ensuring The Supply Of Electricity. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is: A) Provision Of Housing Services To The Extent Specified In The Agreement, B) Provision And Provision Of Network Connectivity Services Of Optical Data Lines, C) Provision Of Technical Support, D) Provision Of Electricity Supplies. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Appendix No. 2 Of The Main Document Of The Procurement Documentation - Business Conditions (Above And Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Agreement).
