Air Filters – Ventilation Filters. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Ventilation Filters To Be Procured For Housing Rights Companies Owned By Helsingin Asumisoikes Oy (Haso) In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procurement Includes: - Supply Air Filters - Cassette Filters - Bag Filters The Tenderer Must Offer All Ventilation Filters Included In The Procurement. The Procurement Includes The Storage And Delivery Of Ventilation Filters Based On The Orders Placed. In Addition, The Purchase Includes The Obligation To Visit All Of Hasos Sites And, For Each Site, List Ventilation-Related Equipment, List Ventilation Filters, And Export The Lists To The Fimx System. A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With The Selected Supplier, Within The Framework Of Which Ventilation Filters Are Ordered. Haso Does Not Commit To Certain Purchase Quantities, But Ventilation Filters Are Purchased As Needed. The Agreement Does Not Give The Selected Supplier The Exclusive Right To Supply Ventilation Filters To Haso. Haso Estimates That Ventilation Filters Are Ordered For A Total Of Around 125,000 Euros (Vat 0%) Per Year. Detailed Information Is Presented In The Procurement Documents.
