These Workshops Will Be Aimed At Promoting Workplace Well-Being And Managing The Psychosocial Risks Of Officials Of The Municipality Of Vitacura. The Intervention Will Include Practical Activities, Team Building Dynamics And The Development Of Tools Aimed At Improving Self-Regulation, Emotional Management And Strengthening Trusting Teamwork Relationships, With The Aim Of Promoting A Collaborative And Healthy Organizational Culture.
