Tenders are invited for Grass Cutting & Garden Cleaning Service Contract of the OUSL - Zone - , & 2026/27. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the Deputy Registrar/General Administration Division of the OUSL on submission of the receipts issued by the Shroff of the OUSL for payment of Rs 5000/= as non-refundable fees from 22nd January 2026 to 12th February 2026 between 09:00 hours to 15:00 hours on working days. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security shown on the above table for covering a period of 119 days. (Up to 12th June 2026) The bid security should be obtained from a registered Commercial Bank under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of "Vice-Chancellor, The Open University of Sri Lanka" or paid to the University Shroff and copy of the payment slip should be attached with the bid document. Bid Security: LKR 80000/- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30,h January 2026 at 10:00 hours at the Board Room of the Registrar of the Open University.
