Quotation are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 2 Complete Pv Solar Systems for 2 Women Coops/Groups in Akkar. All required documents must be prepared, signed/stamped where applicable, and included in the submission email before Monday, 09 February 2026, 12:00 PM, with the subject line: The project recognizes the central role women play in household food production and local economies, and it aims to strengthen their livelihoods through capacity building, technical support, and improved access to production tools. To ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the intervention, arche nova is looking for a Supplier/contractor to procure, install and commission 2 complete PV Solar systems for 2 Women Coops/groups in Akkar. The supplier is expected to ensure the procurement of requested items of the solar systems and to ensure their proper installation in the identified locations within a determined timeframe. The supplier/contractor shall also provide the needed information and training on the best use of the systems and their maintenance requirement The supplier/contractor will implement (procure, install and commission) 2 complete solar systems, in 2 different locations in Akkar, based on the provided bill of quantity for the solar systems items (Annex-03 and Annex-04), and based on the technical specifications provided (Annex-05) and the related Drawings. The PV solar systems will ensure the production work at the women coops/groups will continue despite the absence of traditional electrical supplies. Scope of Work Based on the Annex-03 and Annex-04, the Supplier/Contractor Shall: Supply, build, and commission 2 fully functioning solar systems using high quality, commercially viable horizontal solar PV panels and related power equipment technologies that are certified as per international standards Use equipment that is widely deployed around the world in the solar industry and possesses a proven track record of reliability. Supply the equipment and materials that shall include, but not be limited to PV modules, civil works and structural support systems, Hybrid solar inverter, and all necessary modifications & accessories required to connect and operate the listed equipment Supply and install the support structures for the photovoltaic modules and shall be responsible for the electrical wiring of the system components including DC and AC protection and deliver electricity to the interconnection point checked during the site visit. Re-design and construct the Project in accordance with this Scope of Work and Technical Specifications Document. Handle all works related to the interconnection of the solar inverter to include but not limited to the necessary control panel to house the relays, protections devices, push buttons, etc. as applicable and following solar inverter manufacturers requirements. Be responsible for the security signage on site. Ensure that all systems components exposed to atmosphere should be water and corrosion resistant Submit all systems components datasheets and certificates, highlighting the specific models and selections of parts that will be used in project, with quantities if need be. provide all labour, materials, tools, equipments, and transportation; insurance, etc. for all work herein specified and or required to complete the project. provide warranty for the whole system at least one (1) year, and minimum five (5) years for the lithium batteries. Expected Deliverables The Supplier/contractor will be responsible for the following: Finalize the installation and commissioning of the system within the timeframe proposed in the RFQ (any timeframe exceeding 10 working days will be rejected) Provide as built drawings as well as O&M manuals and testing and commissioning reports. provide warranty for the whole system at least one (1) year, and minimum five (5) years for the lithium batteries. Representative ID CV of key personnels (including the electrical engineer/personnel responsible of implementing the activity) Portfolio highlighting the proven experience in implementing PV solar systems and Previous experience with humanitarian or development NGOs in Lebanon or the region, if applicable. The timeframe for implementation (in number of working days, to be included in the RFQ) RFQ with all the related Annexes signed and/or stamped. Two professional references.
