The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work In The Design And Build Mode, Consisting In The Implementation Of Technical Infrastructure Related To The Generation Of Electricity On The Roof In Part C Of The L1 Building, Its Storage And Use For The Purposes Of The Renewable Energy Laboratory Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology, Located In The L1 Building At Ul. Na Grobliu 15 In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Order To Be Implemented In The Design And Build System Consists Of Two Stages With The Scope Indicated In §2 Of The Contract Template3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Sw, Which Constitutes A Model Contract.
