1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Order Entitled A Green Place In The City And A Fun Zone For Children, In The Design And Build Formula - As Part Of The Task: Participatory Budget - Hard Projects. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Implementation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu), Constituting The Annex. No. 1 To The Contract Template, And After The Ordering Party Has Approved The Conceptual Design, Multi-Sector Design Documentation Of The Childrens Play Zone In Knurów (Including Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions For Connection To The Network, Permits And Other Documents Required By Detailed Regulations), 2) Preparation And Submission Of An Application With Attachments For A Building Permit/Notification Of Works Not Requiring A Building Permit To The District Office In Gliwice (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), 3) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit / Accepting The Application, 4) Carrying Out Construction Works On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Referred To In Point Above. 1.5) Performing Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Referred To In Point Above. 4), 6) Carrying Out A Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground (By An Independent Entity) Along With Providing An Inspection Report, 7) Accompanying Works (Earthworks, Demolition And Preparatory Works, Securing Existing Cables With Protective Pipes, Regulating Manholes, Restoring The Surface, Growing Greenery And Lawns Damaged During The Works, Securing Trees For The Duration Of The Works, Cutting Down Trees, Etc.).3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By: Functional And Utility Program With Annexes And Arrangements Resulting From The Contract Template. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes And Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described Therein.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order (Labor And Materials) For The Period Declared In The Offer, Not Shorter Than 36 Months. The Warranty Period Will Start On The Day The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order Is Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Template Of The Warranty Card Constituting Appendix No. 3 To The Contract Template.
