The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Revitalization Of The Historic Town Hall In Rawicz - Sarnów Together With The Adjacent Area And The Design And Construction Of An Elevator In The Building, As Part Of The Task Entitled Revitalization In The Historic Urban Space Of Rawicz At Rynek Sarnowski 1, Wały Dąbrowskiego 33 And Ul. Ratuszowa 22.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Prepare Replacement Design Documentation (Taking Into Account The Location Of The Elevator Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program), Including In Particular: A) Construction Design (Which Includes A Land Development Design (Pzt), Architectural And Construction Design (Pab) And Technical Design (Pt)) Along With Obtaining A Replacement Construction Permit, Including Arrangements With Fire Protection Experts, Sanitation - Hygiene, Occupational Health And Safety And Other Required, Maintenance Permit, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For The Scope Of The Elevator, 2) Preparation Of The Offer Cost Estimate For The Scope Of The Elevator Based On The Developed Design Documentation, 3) Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With Swz, 4) Obtaining A Permit To Use The Building In Question, 5) Preparation Of Operational Documentation, 6) Preparation Of As-Built Cost Estimates, 7) Performance Of Other Necessary Works Accompanying The Proper Execution Orders.3. The Scope Of Work During The Execution Of The Order, Within The Proposed Price, Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Comprehensive Construction And Installation Works Inside The Town Hall, Including The Design And Construction Of An Elevator, And External Works Consisting In Replacing The Patio Surface And Constructing A Ramp For People With Disabilities, Along With Installation Works,4. The Contractor, Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted To Act On Behalf Of The Rawicz Commune, Is Obliged To Obtain The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Permits And Decisions Necessary To Develop A Replacement Design On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And On Its Behalf. The Costs Associated With This Are Borne By The Contractor, Within The Proposed Offer Price.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation Based On Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Requirements Arising From The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations, As Well As Take Into Account The Conditions And Requirements Specified In The Fup, Issued Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions And Decisions. The Scope And Content Of The Project Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Facility And The Complexity Of The Construction Works.6. If The Regulations Change During The Development Of The Project, They Should Be Taken Into Account When Implementing The Subject Of The Order.7.
