The Scope Of Work Includes The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Pavilion Xviii Of The Clinical Psychiatric Hospital Spzoz In Rybnik, Including Landscaping, Fencing And Associated Technical Infrastructure - Stage Iii. Above The Building Is Part Of The Clinical Psychiatric Hospital Spzoz In Rybnik At Ul. Gliwicka 33. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Construction Works Entrusted To Him In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Swz (Including Annex No. 10 To The Swz), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Pb, Decisions, Opinions And The Investor Supervision Inspector Appointed By The Ordering Party. The Provisions Contained In The Documents Referred To Above Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary. If A Given Item Is Not Included In Any Part Of The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, E.G. Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Included In The Remaining Parts, This Fact Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Implementing The Entire Contract Or Including The Element In The Offer Price. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Auxiliary Documents In The Valuation Of Construction Works. Failure To Include In The Bill Of Quantities Any Works Required For The Proper Performance Of The Contract Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Their Performance And Valuation. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Contained In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever It Has Provided Examples Of Proper Names In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Will Delete All These Proper Names From The Design Documentation, Description, Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities.
