The Subject Of The Order Are Ongoing Repairs Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Piła With Mass From The Surrounding Plant, Which Include: - Partial Repair Of The Surface With Bituminous Mass From The Surrounding Plant. 4 Cm After Compaction, In Accordance With Sst, - Partial Repair Of The Surface With Bituminous Mass From The Surrounding Plant For Each Additional 1 Cm Thicker Than 4 Cm, In Accordance With Sst.2. The Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Are Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification. The Amounts Of Work Given In The Offer Cost Estimate Are Indicative. The Actual Number Of Works Ordered To Be Performed Will Depend On The Technical Condition Of The Road Surface And The Resulting Renovation Needs. Settlement For The Execution Of The Order Will Be Based On The Works Actually Performed And The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Detailed Technical Specification And The Offer Cost Estimate Template.3. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).5. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Resolution No. Xxxiv/346/20 Of The Piła City Council Of November 24, 2020 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Piła.6. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be Included In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act.7. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Contract.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
