The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Building Intended For Forest Management Purposes - A Tower For Bats With A Wintering Site, Located On Forest Land Of The State Treasury. The Building Will Not Have Electricity, Water, Sewage Or Central Heating, And Will Be Equipped With A Lightning Protection System. Due To Its Purpose And Use, It Is Not Classified As Residential Buildings, Collective Housing Or Public Buildings, Production Or Storage Buildings Or Livestock Buildings (Used For Breeding Livestock). The Main Goal Of The Project Involving The Construction Of A Building Is To Improve The Conservation Status Of Endangered Bat Species By Increasing The Availability Of Breeding And Wintering Places In Forest Areas. The Aim Of The Investment Is Permanently Sustainable Forest Management Aimed At Using Forests In A Way That Ensures Permanent Preservation Of The Biological Wealth Of Forests. The Facility Intended For Forest Management Purposes Will Serve To Preserve Natural Diversity. It Will Not Be Intended For Human Stay Or Livestock Breeding. Certified Wood (Pefc Or Fsc) Will Be Used To Build The Facility.
