A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction, General Construction, Assembly And Greenery Development Works, Consisting In The Comprehensive Renovation Of Urban Space And Revitalization Of Urban Greenery In The Degraded Area Of The City Of Chełmża, In Particular In The Areas Located At Ul. Łazienna And On Plots No. 205, 198/3, 161/1 And 160/2, District 4. The Order Covers The Execution Of All Works Necessary To Achieve The Expected Functional, Aesthetic And Utility Effect, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Task No. 1: Comprehensive Renovation Of Urban Space In The Degraded Area Of Chełmża. As Part Of Task No. 1, It Is Planned To Carry Out Works Related To With The Renovation Of Public Space At Ul. Łazienna, Including In Particular: 1) Renovation Of The Playground, Including: O Dismantling And Removal Of Existing Devices (After Dismantling, They Should Be Handed Over To Osit, Located In The City Of Chełmża), O Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 2) Construction Of Surfaces And Communication Routes, Including: O Construction Of A Sand Surface In The Playground With A Layer Thickness Of Approximately 40 Cm, O Execution Communication Routes Made Of Mineral Surface And Fragments Of Clinker Pavement, O Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People.3) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements And Landscaping Elements, In Accordance With The Design Documentation;4) Renovation Of Seats In The Amphitheater By The Lake, Including: O Dismantling Of The Existing Wooden Benches, O Delivery And Installation Of New Seats Ensuring Comfort For Users During Outdoor Events, O Renovation Of The Amphitheater, Including In Particular Cleaning Of The Structure And Surface, Carrying Out Repair Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 5) Illumination Of The Public Space, Including: O Delivery And Installation Of Four Led Lanterns, O Performance Of The Necessary Installation And Electrical Works, O Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Constructed Lighting. Task No. 2: Revitalization Of Urban Greenery In The Area (Area) Of The City Of Chełmża. Task No. 2 Covers Works Related To The Development And Revitalization Of Urban Greenery, In Particular: 1) Planting Greenery, In Accordance With The Developed Documentation, Including: O Planting Trees, O Planting Shrubs And Ornamental Plants.2) Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including: O Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs To The Extent Necessary For The Investment, O Lawn Recultivation, O Care Of Greenery, Including Trees, Shrubs And Ornamental Plants, During The Guarantee And Warranty Period (Current Care Of Greenery And The Completed Plantings During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, Including Watering, Fertilization, Maintenance Cuts And Replacement Of Dead Plant
