The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Vocational Training Center At Pcktib In Oświęcim In The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building Along With The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage. The Scope Includes Insulation Of External And Foundation Walls, Ceiling Insulation, Replacement Of Windows, Doors And Parts Of Gates, As Well As Renovation Of Gratings, Ladders And Sheet Metal Work. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes, And The Reconstruction Of The Paving Stone Surface After Installing Moisture-Proof Insulation. The Roof Will Include The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels Along With A Supporting Structure, An Inverter, Ac/Dc Switchboards, An Equipotential Installation And The Expansion Of The Lightning Protection System. The Investment Also Includes Securing The Existing Telecommunications Infrastructure Of Orange S.A., Including The Construction Of Control Trenches, Securing Cable Sections And Places Of Cable Entry Into The Building, And Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition After The Works Are Completed. The Entire Work Is Aimed At Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility, Ensuring The Safety Of The Technical Infrastructure And Adapting The Building To The Current Technical And Operational Requirements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), • Bills Of Quantities, • Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Final Decision On The Permit Construction. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Carry Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of Works;• Ensuring, At Their Own Expense, The Management Of The Construction Site And Works By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Work In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order;• Execution Of The Works As Well As Securing And Fencing The Construction Site, Marking The Place Of The Works, Protection Against Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site And Materials Stored There, At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations.• Notification Of Operators Of All Installation Networks, In Particular Electrical, Gas, Water And Sewage, And Ict Networks, The Infrastructure Of Which Is Located In The Area Of The Construction Site And Its Impact. • Notifying The Owners Of Real Estate Affected By Interruptions In The
