1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Roof Covering On The Low Roof Of The Sports Hall At The General Education School Complex In Zawiercie At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 55, 42-400 Zawiercie. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of Sheet Metal Flashings From Attics, 2) Roof Covering With A Roof Membrane - Pvc Flat Roof Waterproofing (Laying Out, Anchoring And Welding The Roof Membrane), 3) Installation Of A Heated Roof Drain And An Emergency Overflow, 4) Installation Of Ventilation Chimneys, 5) Sheeting Of Attics, 6) Sheeting Of A Wall In Zawiercie.2. The Detailed Type, Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works Were Specified In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) And Stwiorb (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz). The Conditions And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Future Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Takes Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Pzp.4. Warranty: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 48-Month Warranty Period For The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract (Including Materials), Which Starts From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For The Works. Note: The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating The Offers In These Proceedings. The Contractor Declares The Warranty Period In The Offer Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In The Period Of The Warranty (G) Criterion Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xx Of The Swz.5. Insurance: During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works), The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For Material Damage (Third Party Property And Entrusted Property) Arising In Connection With The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Gross Value Of The Contract (For Foreign Currencies In The Equivalent Amount, Converted According To The Average Exchange Rate Of The Polish Zloty In Relation To Foreign Currencies Announced By The National Bank Of Poland On The Last Working Day Preceding Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Appropriate Document In This Respect, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xxi Section 3 Point 2/ Swz.
