1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service - Separation Of The Glass Facade To Protect Users Of The B4 Building Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology At Ul. Łukasiewicza 7-9.1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Assembly/Disassembly Of The Protection In Front Of The Main Entrance Of The Building B-4 Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology At The Corner Of Smoluchowskiego/Łukasiewicza 5 Streets, In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Design For Securing The Entrance Of The Main Building B-4 Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology On The Corner Of Smoluchowskiego/Łukasiewicza 5 Streets, Together With Static Calculations, Carried Out In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Applicable Standards, 2) Transport, Delivery And Assembly Designed Security, 3) Rental Of The Designed Modular Security Structure For The Period Indicated In Section § 2 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Agreement, 4) Dismantling The Security After The End Of The Lease Period And Removing It And Restoring The Rental Place To Its Previous Condition. 2. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Detail The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Fence Design Indicated In §1 Section 2 Letter 1) Will Be Submitted Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, 2) Delivery And Installation Of Fencing Elements: 10 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract 3) The Fence Rental Will Last For 12 Months From The Date Of Installation 4) The Fence Will Be Dismantled By The Contractor Within 5 Days From The End Of The Rental Service. However, The Rental Period Under The Option May Not Exceed 12 Months.3.1. Details Regarding The Deadline, Its Individual Stages, Options And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
