Relationship Animator Is An Innovative Service That Involves Building Or Rebuilding The Relationship Of The Supported Person With The Environment. Allowing You To Maintain Contacts With Household Members, Peers And The Local Community. The Bond Animator Will Ensure Joint Organization And Spending Of Free Time. The New Service Aims To Respond To The Needs Of Residents Of The Nakło Nad Notecią Commune Who Feel Isolation And Loneliness Due To Age Or Disability. Service - Bond Animator Is A Specialized Care Service Provided In The Place Of Residence, Excluding People With Mental Disorders.2) The Bond Animation Service Is Part Of Project Type 3 - It Is A Specialized Care Service Provided In The Place Of Residence (Excluding People With Mental Disorders). The Organization Of The Service Will Be Entrusted To Ngo/Pes. 3) The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For: - Recruitment Of Bond Animators (The Condition Is That The Person Providing Bond Animator Services Will Have The Qualifications Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services, Adequate To Provide This Type Of Service, In Particular He Will Have Training And Experience In The Ability To Shape Motivation For Behaviors Accepted By The Environment, Shape Habits Of Purposeful Activity, Conduct Social Behavior Training), - Concluding Contracts With Bond Animators, - Documenting The Implementation Of The Service, - Quality Control And Supervision Of The Service Provided By Bond Animators, - Financial Settlements With Bond Animators. The Bond Animator Will Support The Beneficiary In Building And Maintaining Relationships With The Family, Neighbors And The Local Community. It Will Encourage Participation In Social And Cultural Life, Initiate Integration Activities, And Motivate Independence And Social Activity.
