B) Hand-Held Flashlight 2 Pcs. C) Headlamp 2 Pcs. D) Laptop - 1 Pc. With Accessories. E) Echometer – 2 Pcs. F) Multifunctional Thermal And Night Vision Device – 1 Pc. The Trade Names Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Provided Only As Examples Of Products That Meet Specific Requirements And Do Not Oblige Contractors To Submit Offers Only For These Products. In Each Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer. When Offering An Equivalent Product, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate This Fact In The Product Name Section In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Failure To Select This Option Will Be Treated As Offering A Product Indicated By The Ordering Party As An Example. 4) The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Annexes Provide The Minimum Requirements That The Products Must Meet. 6) The Required Guarantee Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
