1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Providing Investor Supervision In The Construction, Road, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Industries For The Reconstruction Of Wileńska Street In Kętrzyn. The Basic Tasks Of The Contractor In The Field Of Investor Supervision Include Performing The Duties And Exercising The Powers Referred To In Art. 25 And Art. 26 And Art. 27 Of The Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). In Particular, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Supervise The Proper Course Of Works In Accordance With The Contract, Design Documentation And The Material And Financial Schedule, Which Is An Annex To The Contract With The Contractor, 2) Control The Correctness Of Keeping The Construction Log And Make Entries In It Stating All Circumstances Relevant To The Proper Process Construction And Valuation Of The Works, 3) Resolving Technical Doubts Arising In The Course Of The Works And, If Necessary, Obtaining The Opinion Of The Design Author, With The Exception Of Matters Affecting The Change In Construction Costs, Which Must Be Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Party, 4) Inspection And Verification Of The Partial Acceptance Reports Submitted By The Contractor And The Status Of Implementation Of The Investment Budget, 5) Written Approval Of The Building Materials That The Contractor Intends To Install And Checking Their Parameters And Composition With The Descriptions Of The Documentation Design, 6) Confirming The Actually Performed Scope Of Works As A Basis For Partial Invoicing, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Concluded Between The Principal And The Contractor. These Acceptances Will Be Carried Out With The Participation Of The Ordering Partys Representative And In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Constituting An Annex To The Contract With The Contractor Of The Works, 7) Participation In Carrying Out All Tests, Measurements And Checks, Technological Start-Ups And Technical Acceptances, Acceptance Of Final Works, 8) Participation In Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party In Matters Related To The Implementation Of The Construction In Question, 9) Preparation On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of A Set Of Documents Related To Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction And Representing The Kętrzyn Municipality In Administrative Proceedings Aimed At Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, 10) Participation In The Final Investment Acceptance Committee And Warranty Acceptance Committees, 11) Participation In All Meetings And Acceptances Conducted By External Institutions, I.E. The State Fire Service, The District Construction Supervision Inspector, The State Sanitary Inspectorate In Order To Obtain The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction, 12) Controlling Construction Settlements,13) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform His Function With Due Diligence And In Accordance With Applicabl
